This week, Team WLP carried out an instal of @allenandheath CQ18T mixer, new patch box at the front of their atrium and wall control tablet for simpler operation at Stanway School. Recently we provided services and equipment for two outstanding school productions of Annie the Musical at Stanway School, and Matilda the Musical at King Edward’s School in Witley. Recently Team WLP provided Sound Design and Equipment for @colchesteroperatic’s production of Guys and Dolls at the @mercurytheatrecolchester. The run was a huge success with standing ovations and sell out performances. Team WLP is proud to support Local and Amateur Theatre Projects across the country, providing budget friendly production support to elevate performances and give the cast and audiences a professional experience with implementation of lighting, sound, video and special effects. Recently across Essex we have provided equipment for a variety of events, productions and presentations. Now as we enter our dark period of servicing and admin prep we want to highlight all of the projects we haven’t shared. We are very proud to have supplied equipment or services to events in theatres, schools, amdram and more including providing lighting and sound equipment for St Helena School’s Panto, sound equipment for Stanway Schools Christmas Concert, Sound and Effects Equipment for Clacton Musical Productions Panto, Sound Equipment for Colchester Sixth Form’s Production of The Addams Family as well as Sound Equipment for Colchester Operatic Society’s Valentines Cabaret at the Mercury Theatre Cafe Bar. Over Christmas we were at Trinity Park for their Christmas Fayre where we supplied full PA, lighting, control and microphones for their pop up entertainment throughout the weekend festivities. Recently we provided one of our Arcus 2000 low fog machines to Trinity Park for their Christmas Party Season and it looked great! It added the extra flair for the guest arrivals each night into the Enchanted Forest! Recently Team WLP worked with The Mercury Theatre Colchester to provide audio and crew for the Colchester High Street Christmas Light Switch on Parade. With 5 bikes supplied by ECargo to transport all the speakers and wireless equipment to transmit the audio across the parade. Despite the rain and our team and all participants getting completely soaked everyone worked so hard to pull off an amazing parade full of Christmas cheer.
